Welcome to Goldmine Properties, a leading real estate company established in March 18, 1984, in Kuala Lumpur. With over 40 years of experience in the industry, our principal and founder, Mr. Eric Hoong Siang Soon, has built a strong portfolio of sales that include hotels, shopping malls and development land.

Our focus is on commercial real estate and development lands within the Golden Triangle and Klang Valley. Over the years, we expanded our scope to include targeted sales and marketing for new development projects.

Now led by Managing Directors Dave Hoong (Business & Investments) and Chester Hoong (Operations & Marketing); Goldmine continues to evolve with modern insights, digital innovation and a global outlook — delivering profitable to sustainable real estate success for every client.
